1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1. “Website Administration” — authorized employees responsible for managing the website, acting on behalf of Business Horizon LLC, who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of such processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on the personal data.

1.2. “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).

1.3. “Processing of personal data” means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automated means on personal data, including the collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” means the requirement that the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data must not disclose such data without the consent of the data subject or another legal basis.

1.5. “Cookies” are small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request every time the user attempts to open a page on the corresponding website.

1.6. “IP address” — a unique network address assigned to a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

1.7. “Controller” means Business Horizon LLC, which, either independently or jointly with other entities, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of such processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on the personal data.

1.8. “User” — any visitor to the website https://bizhorizon.ru/.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” and sets forth the procedures for processing personal data and the measures taken by Business Horizon LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

2.2. By using the Site’s features, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy and the terms governing the processing of the User’s personal data effective from the moment the User begins to actually use any such feature.

2.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Site.

2.4. This Policy applies only to the website https://bizhorizon.ru/. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links available on the Site.

2.5. The website administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

3. SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Policy sets forth the Operator’s obligations regarding the non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides when filling out forms on the Website, as well as when using any other features of the Website.

3.2. The personal data permitted for processing under this Policy is provided by the User voluntarily and includes:

5. METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is retained for 3 years from the date of the User’s last interaction or until consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn. Upon expiration of this period, personal data is destroyed or anonymized. 

5.2. The User agrees that the Operator may disclose personal data to third parties exclusively in the following cases: to partners and contractors who provide technical support for the Website (hosting, IT services)—based on contracts that include confidentiality provisions; at the request of authorized government agencies in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.3. In the event of the loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration reserves the right not to notify the User if the personal data has become publicly available.

5.4. The Operator shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or disclosure, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

5.5. Personal data is not transferred across borders.

6. COOKIES

7.1.5. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a request to the Operator’s email address;

7.1.6. Appeal the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or through the courts.

7.2. The operator is required to:

7.2.1. use the personal data collected solely for the purposes specified in this Policy;

7.2.2. ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not disclose it without the User’s prior written consent, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the personal data provided, except as provided for in this Policy;

7.2.3. take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the practices generally used to protect such information in current business operations.

8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

8.1. An Operator that fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for any losses incurred by the User as a result of the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.2. In the event of the loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Operator shall not be liable if such information: had already become public knowledge prior to its loss or disclosure; was obtained from a third party prior to the Operator’s receipt of it; or was disclosed with the User’s consent.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Operator, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

9.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the review within 30 calendar days of receiving the claim.

9.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy without the User’s consent. The revised version of the Policy shall take effect upon its publication on the Website, unless otherwise specified in the revised version of the Policy.
