2. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

9.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Operator, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

9.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the review within 30 calendar days of receiving the claim.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

9.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

10.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy without the User\u2019s consent. The revised version of the Policy shall take effect upon its publication on the Website, unless otherwise specified in the revised version of the Policy.<\/p>\n
